TEACHING & RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Learning through
research and practice.

I bring communication and media studies into AI education. Students examine AI-generated summaries and chatbot responses, checking accuracy, context, and omissions, and considering how wording may affect readers. My professional media experience and teaching in statistics, media psychology, and communication theory shape this approach.

I have supervised MPhil research and led workshops on qualitative analysis, NVivo, and MAXQDA, including at the University of Sharjah, Boston University, the University of Connecticut, and Communication University of China.
